<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
Pentru caramel:<br />
* 2 lingurițe unt simplu<br />
* sucul de la ½ lămâie<br />
* 2 lingurițe zahăr (brun)<br />
* ½ mango decojit și tăiat cubulețe<br />
Pentru blat:<br />
* 110g unt simplu<br />
* 110g zahăr brun<br />
* 110g făină<br />
* 2 ouă<br />
* 1 gălbenuș<br />
* un praf cardamon<br />
* un praf scorțișoară<br />
* zahăr pudră pentru decor</p>
<p>1. Se preîncălzește cuptorul la 220C/425F/Gas 7.<br />
2. Se topește untul la foc mic într-un vas care nu se lipește și se amestecă cu sucul de lamâie și zahărul.<br />
3. Se adaugă cubulețele de mango care se lasă 4-5 minute să se caramelizeze.<br />
4. Se amestecă zahărul cu untul până devine cremă. Se adaugă apoi făina, ouăle, gălbenușul, cardamonul, scorțișoara.<br />
5. Compoziția de la pasul 4 se toarnă în vas peste cubulețele de mango de la pasul 3. Se introduce la cuptor pentru 15-20 de minute.<br />
6. Se scoate de la cuptor și se răstoarnă pe un platou. Se pudrează cu zahăr.<br />

Timp de preparare: aproximativ 30 minute	</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong><br />
* 115g unt și încă puțin pentru uns<br />
* 300g zahăr<br />
* 225g ciocolată menaj neagră (70% cacao)<br />
* 75g făină albă<br />
* 75g cacao<br />
* 5 ouă<br />
* 750g zmeură<br />
* 150g zahăr pudră<br />
* 500g mascarpone</p>
<p>1. Cuptorul este preîncălzit la 180C/375F/Gas 4.<br />
2. Se amestecă untul cu zahărul.<br />
3. Ciocolata se așează într-un vas desupra altui vas cu apă care fierbe (nu trebuie să atinga apa). Se amestecă ciocolata iar după ce se topește este îndepărtată și lăsată puțin la răcit.<br />
4. Combină pasul 2 cu pasul 3.<br />
5. Adaugă făina, cacaoa și ouăle, se amestecă bine apoi se adaugă 250g zmeură.<br />
6. Se unge cu unt o tavă de 25cm x 30cm. Se umple cu compoziția de la pasul 5 și se coace 20 minute astfel încât nu se usucă în mijloc.<br />
7. Se pasează zmeura rămasă împreună cu zahărul pudră, se dă prin sită și se depozitează într-un vas.<br />
8. Se amestecă mascarpone cu jumătate din compoziția de la pasul 7.<br />

9. Se servesc cubulețe din aluatul din tavă cu sosurile de la pasul 7 și de la pasul 8 deasupra.<br />

9. Se preîncălzește cuptorul la 180 de grade<br />
10. Se așează tava la cuptor 45min-1oră până se rumenește aluatul<br />

4. Albușurile se bat spumă și se adaugă la pasul 3.<br />
5. Se adauga făina, sarea, esențele și praful de copt la pasul 4.<br />
6. Se dă la cuptor.<br />
7. Se lasă deoparte să se răcească.<br />
8. Se toarnă deasupra compoziția din cana de la pasul 2 care a fost încălzită în prealabil.<br />
9. Se taie când se racește.</p>

* sare, ulei</p>
<p>1. Pieptul de pui se taie in cuburi de 1-2 cm<br />
2. Ceapa se taie marunt<br />
3. Se amesteca ghimbirul, boia, curry, piperul cayenne si faina<br />
4. Cuburile de carne se dau prin amestecul de la pasul 4<br />
5. Se prajeste carnea in tigaie 5-10 minute<br />
6. Se adauga ceapa si usturoiul pisat impreuna cu mango chutney<br />
7. Se adauga supa clara si se fierbe 10 minute<br />
8. Se adauga smantana<br />
9. Se condimenteaza cu sare, piper si eventual cu suc de lamaie<br />
10. Se serveste cu garnitura de orez (iasmin)</p>

* 2 albusuri<br />

* 2 portocale<br />
* 1 ligura zahar<br />
* 150g zmeura</p>
<p>1. Zeama de la portocale cu o ligura de zahar si cu zmeura se omogenizeaza in blender<br />
2. Se strecoara sucul obtinut printr-o sita<br />
3. Albusurile se bat spuma cu zaharul pudra<br />
4. Se formeaza frisca din Schlagsahne<br />
5. Albusurile se amesteca cu frisca, branza de vaci, sucul de lamaie si 2 linguri de zahar<br />
6. Se aseaza tifon intr-o forma<br />
7. In forma pregatita la pasul 6 se toarna amestecul de la pasul 5<br />
8. Se lasa 5 ore la frigider<br />
9. Se scoate din forma, se aseaza pe un platou<br />
10. Se toarna sucul deasupra si se orneaza cu fructe proaspete</p>

<p>1. Biscuitii se sfarma marunt, se amesteca cu untul si se tapezeaza uniform o forma de ceramica unsa cu unt<br />
2. Se amseteca ingredientele pentru crema si galbenusurile<br />
3. Albusurile se bat spuma<br />
4. Se incorporeaza albusurile in crema de la pasul 2<br />
5. Se toarna peste patul de biscuiti din tava<br />
6. La cuptor la 180 de grade pana prinde o culoare maronie la suprafata</p>
